Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days for most cities.

  • Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders of Rs. 2500 or above.

  • For orders below Rs. 2500, a standard shipping fee will apply (displayed at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can track your delivery in real-time.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
